At A to Zen Wellness our goal is to help you and your family achieve and maintain balance, health and happiness through acupuncture, herbal medicine, yoga and more.

We are here to offer you options for better family health. If illness, fatigue, pain or emotions keep you and your loved ones from enjoying the best life possible, we can help. A combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and yoga can provide alternatives for you and your children, different from what western medicine has to offer.

The body's energy, known as Qi (pronounced Chee) circulates through the body via pathways called meridians. These meridians connect vital organs which maintain the body's balanced circulation of energy and function. Physical, emotional and mental stress can block and disrupt the flow of energy leading to sickness, pain, emotional and mental imbalances. Acupuncture and yoga complement each other. Yoga stretches the meridians that acupuncture targets to balance the body, mind and spirit.

Traditional Chinese Medicine and yoga are safe, natural and effective ways to stimulate the body to heal itself. They are comprehensive systems that have been used for thousands of years.
