Kevin

Kevin started his yoga journey many years ago upon the recommendation of his wife. She had been practicing for years and always asked him to join her. It took him many tries before he finally did join her. He enjoyed the classes that he took and realized that it really made his body feel better all over. As is common, life happens and he fell out of practice for far too long. After sustaining back injuries his doctor recommended strengthening his core to protect his lower back. He had tried going the gym, but that just wasn't for him. Again, yoga was the recommendation.

He started his yoga practice again and almost instantly his body, and especially his back, felt better. Not only do you stretch your muscles while doing yoga, you also strengthen them at the same time. By holding poses, your body builds lean muscle, no bulk. He felt like he has strengthened his core to the point where he feels strong just standing still. It was then that he realized that he needed to take his practice to the next level. He wanted to be able to teach people how to make their bodies and self feel amazing.

Kevin is a 200hr Registered Yoga teacher through the program at South Boston Yoga, and certified in ChildLight Yoga for Kids. Please join him on your mat.
