A to Zen Celebrates Three Years in Business

Title: A to Zen Celebrates Three Years in Business

This fall, I am celebrating my 3 year anniversary in business and couldn't be prouder of myself. Here are few things I’ve learned over the past few years and my hope for the next years in business!

Self Reflection: It hasn't always been easy… slow months, busy months, everything in between. I have learned a lot about myself and others. In these first three years I have learned my strengths (patient care, finances, time management, persistence) and my weaknesses (marketing, organization, public speaking) and pushed through these by accepting help and stepping out of my comfort zone in a healthy way to encourage myself and grow. Sometimes I have to remind myself that not only am I business owner, but I’m a mom to two young girls, a wife, a daughter, a sister, a friend and more. I’m so fortunate that my passion for helping others has turned into my career.

Business Growth:I started offering acupuncture and herbal medicine only. In the three years we have been able to include offerings such as yoga, gathering for young children, nights of healing for healers and combination of acupuncture, massage and Reiki. Recently my husband Kevin joined the family business as a certified yoga instructor. This year we also launched a new website, new logo, a blog and have been focused on connecting with the community via Facebook and events.

My Hope for the Future and Many Thanks:I look forward to growing, changing, enjoying being my own boss and bringing Health and Wellness to the beautiful town of Bridgewater. Thank you to the patients and friends who have supported us and shared our mission. Sending love, healing thoughts and many thanks. Cheers to the next years in business!
